Shipping
Most Items can be shipped UPS ground, UPS second day air, UPS next day air. Some items are too big or to heavy for this and must be shipped by truck freight. All Items over 80lbs or that are too big for normal UPS ground shipping, Will be shipped by truck/ freight. All truck shipping charges quoted upon request. You can call us or use e-mail. If you need a freight quote we will need. The address, city, state and zip-code. We also will need to know if this is a commercial or residential building and if you will need a lift gate. Keep in mind that truck drivers are not responsible to unload heavy items, You will need to supply the forklift on heavy items. We will let you know approximate. weight for the shipment.
We ship only within the contiguous United States.
Return Policy
PLEASE NOTE: Returned merchandise must be in new condition, including all original packaging. We will not issue a credit or refund for any product which is returned to us that has been USED or altered, if any parts are missing, or if the packaging
is incomplete or ruined.
How to Return Items for Exchange, or Refund
At Eldorado Tool Sales we want you to feel comfortable buying from us, and that includes making it easy for you to return a product to us, for any reason. We simply request adhering to the following requirements/procedure:
(1) The returned merchandise must be NEW, complete and in it's original packaging.
Defective items returned for exchange do not need the original packaging.
All Items should be completely packaged to prevent any damage.
(2) The return must be made within 30 days of invoice date.
(3) Call for return authorization, no returns can be processed with out this. We will e-mail or fax you your return authorization. This will have the address to return the package to and a copy of this policy. Along with the necessary return authorization numbers.
(4) Please include a copy of the e-mail or fax,it is your return authorization. Failure to place a copy of the e-mail or fax in the package, will significantly delay the return process.
(5) Please indicate the reason for your return. i.e. Product is defective ect…
(6) Securely pack the product and send it shipping and insurance charges prepaid to the warehouse location listed below.
(7) Forward Tracking numbers to us by e-mailing them to orders@eldoradotoolsales.com. This will help speed the refund process. We use a large warehouse distribution network; returns can take quite some time if this step is not followed! We will personally track the package and contact the person that signs for it. And issue the refund. This is the fastest way.
